All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

june365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your june365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
june365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the june365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact june365 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. june365 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
june365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, june365 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
